AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $27,131.02 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$27,134.02 from the Fire Department Construction Fund for the
payment of the following bills:
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:

Gazette Publishing Company 22.20
Pfeifer Plumbing & Heating Company 2,2.7.7

Radio Corporation of America 81 .73

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the fund as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
