AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
FOR THE GCMBINED AIR CONDITIONING OF THE LITTLE RACK CITY COUNCIL
CHAMBFM AND THE LITTLE ROCK CITY COURT JMD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for and enter into a contract
with the lowest bidder for the combined air conditioning of the Little
Rock City Council chambers and the Little Rock City Court.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to sign said contract on behalf of the City of
Little Rock., Arkansas which has been entered into by the Board of Public
Affairs.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect upon its passage and approval.
