AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE TAKE BIDS NOR AND
PURCHASE TWO AUTOMOBILES FOR Uh BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT2 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
V SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertiser take bids for and
purchase two (2) automobiles for use by the Police Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rockt Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said
automobiles shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Two
Hundred and Ninety -Five Dollars ($1,295.00) in addition to
the trade -in value of two wrecked cars.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
