HomeMy WebLinkAbout9270ORDINAL GE NO. 9270 AN ORDINANCE`AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF THF.POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS' RADIO SYSTEM DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 12 THROUGH JULY 26, 1953, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,: ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and requested to enter into a contract for the maintenance of the radio system of the Police and Fire Departments of the City of Little Rock during the period from July 12 through July 26, 1953. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
