AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE THE
NECESSARY PARTS TO REPAIR ONE K -12 INSLEY
DRAGLINE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
directed to advertise for and take bids for the repair of one
K -12 Insley Dragline as provided by law. The Cost of repair is
not to exceed $580.000
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
