AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), BLOCK
ONE HUNDRED NINETY -FIVE (195), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots four (4), five (5), and si-k (6). Block one
hundred- libety -fine (195), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
12132 1215, and 1219 Spring Street and 312 and 322 West Thirteenth Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots four (/+), five (5), and
six' (6), Block one hundred ?iicaty -five (195), Original City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
