AN CRDINANCE ESTABLISHING A $10d0O_'FE FOR BIASTING.9 REPEALING
SECTIOK 538 OF BRICKHOUSE AND CASTLE DIGEST OF THE CITY CRDIlMCES
OF LITTLE ROCK., AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORMINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.9 ARKANSASt
If 1• That Section 538 of Brickhouse and Castle Digest of the City
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the fee for blasting or shooting done within the city
limits of the City of Little Rockj* Arkansas,, shall be the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) per day. That before the Building Commissioner may issue a permit for
said blasting or shooting to be done in or at a specified location within the City
limitsi applicant must produce a receipt from the City Collector sharing that said
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per day has been paid.
SECTION 3. That the penalty for failure to secure said permit prior to
blasting w shooting shall be'three times the amount of the cost of said permit*
SS 10M,$• All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval*
