ORDINANCE NO. 9293
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $77054.49 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$77,354.49 from the Fire Department Construction Fund for the
payment of the following bills:
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
R. S. Diffee Plumbing Company 21088.25
The Seagrave Corporation 60,43 .00
Van Joyce Company 12,83 •23
Wittenberg,Delony & Davidson 19 .51
Arkansas Equipment Company, Inc. 1,864-50
077,354.49
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the fund as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
