AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200.00 TO DEFRAY EXPENSES
OF REPRESENTATIVES OF MILK AND DAIRY DEPARTMENT SELECTED
TO ATTEND MEETING OF INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MILK
AND FOOD SANITARIANS AT EAST.LANSING, MICHIGAN, IN
SEPTEMBER, 1953, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Two Hundred Dollars (#200.00)
is hereby appropriated to defray the expenses of representatives
of the Milk and Dairy Department .of the City of Uttle Rock in
attending the annual meeting of the International association of.
Milk and Food Sanitarians to be held at East Lansing, Michigan,
during the first week in September, 1953.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Cityts.warrants to defray
the expenses of representatives of the Milk and Dairy Department
in amounts not to exceed the total sum of Two Hundred Dollars
I. .
( #200.00). Said representatives shall keep track of their
expenses and account for same to the City Colleetorts office.
SECTION 3. The cost of these representatives attending
the above conference shall be charged to the Dairy Inspection Fund.
SECTION !}. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
