ORDINANCE NO. 93 02
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY
PERMIT FOR PARKING A HOUSE TRLILER ON LOT 8, BLOCK 6,
UNION DEPOT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Engineer is hereby
directed to issue a teWorary permit to Maebelle Bates to
park a house trailer on Lot 8, Block 6, UNION DEPOT ADDITION
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. That the address at
which said house trailer is to be parked on the rear of the
lot is 1911 Vast 2nd Street. That said house trailer is to
be attached, when so parked, to a sewer located on said lot.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
