AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $60.00 TO PAY
FRED KECK, J. M. SMITH AND ZACK RUSSONS THE TOTAL SUM
OF $6o.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
Sixty Dollars ($60.00) to pay Fred Keck Twenty Dollars ($20.00),
J. M. Smith Twenty Dollars ($20.00) and Zack Russons Twenty
Dollars (20.00) for their per diem from the examination fees
collected under the provisions of Plumbing Ordinance No. 9127.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to pay $20.00 to Fred Keck, $20.00 to J. M. Smith
and $20.00 to Zack Russons.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
