AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR
AND PURCHASE A CAR TO BE USED FOR I&KING COLLECTIONS
BY THE CITY COLLECTOR'S OFFICE OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE XITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
one car for the use of the City Collector's Office for the purpose
of making collections for the City of Little Rock, at a cost not
to exceed the sum of $1,050.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
