ORDINANCE NO. _ 9321
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
GROB A ONE -AND A -IIALF TON DUMP TRUCK FOR THE USE OF
THE PARKS MAINTENANCE DIVISION OF THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
IT_ ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROGK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorised and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchasS one one- and -a -half (1*) ton dump truck for use by
the, `parks Maintenance Division of the Parks and Recreation
Dope. -Anent went of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at a cost
not to exceed the sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars
(�7U0.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
