AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND GRANTING PERMISSION TO FACE
ONE STRUCTURE ON WEST CAPITOL AVENUE ON LOTS FIVE (5) AND
SIX (6), BLOCK SIX (6), BEACH'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots five (5) and six (6), Block six (6), Beach's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 421 and 423 Valmar
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance and permission to face one structure
on West Capitol Avenue is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lots five (5) and six (6). Block six
(6), Beach's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "C" Two- Family District and permission granted to face one
structure on West Capitol Avenue as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
