AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT.TO PURCHASE LIGHT BULBS AS THEY MAY
BE NEEDED BY THE CITY FROM SEPTEMBER.25, 1953, TO
SEPTEMBER 25, 1954, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
enter into a contract to purchase one year's supply of light
bulbs as they may be needed by the City of Little Rock from
September 25, 1953, to September 25, 1954•
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
