ORDINANCE NO. 9340
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT ONE (1) AND THE NORTH HALF OF LOT TWO
(2), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), BRADDOCK'S BOULEVARD ADDITION TO THE CITY CF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS', AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED- AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot one (1) and the north half of Lot two (2).
Block thirteen (13)2 Braddock's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being 2601 Battery Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
54202 is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot one (1) and the north
half of Lot*two (2), Block thirteen (13), Braddock's Boulevard Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C"
Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
