AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE (3) , BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED TWE14TY- -FOUR
(424), DUVAL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS ADENDEDS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot three (3), Block four hundred twenty -four
(424) , Duval' s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1807 Main
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in 'IF" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a Dart thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot three (3).. Block four
hundred twenty -four (424), Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
