ORDINANCE NO. 9342
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SIX (6), GARDEN HOMES ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; WAIVING YARD SPACE THERE-
ON; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot six (6), Garden Homes Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1615 Boyce Street, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5120, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment
-` District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and waiver of
yard space to pemit two dwellings on said lot.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said lot six (6),
Garden Homes Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "D" Apartment District, and waiver
of yard space granted as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
