AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TEN (10) , ELEVEiv (11) A D TWELVE (12),
BLOCK THREE HUNDRED A-`ID FIVE (305), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS A�IEIdDEDS AT,-TD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT OPDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve (12), Block
three hundred and five (305), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 1201 — 1209 West Sixth Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "G" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the 'ohing Asap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots ten (10), eleven (11),
and twelve (12), Block three hundred and five (305), Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "G" Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
