AN ORDINANCE RECLAS:IFYING PART OF THE NEJ, SECTION 15, T
OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AI�EI +DED�
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of the NFJ, Section 15, T -1 -N, R-12-W, and
more particularly described as beginning at the ITE corner of Section
15, T -1 -N, R- 12 -'J; hence south along the east line of ;section 15,
T-1-N$ R -12 W, 43.6 feet to a point thence west 60 feet to the point
of beginning; thence south 0 degrees 01 minute west, 245.7 feet to a
point; thence north 89 degrees 77 minutes .%rest, 553.3 feet to a point;
thence north 0 degrees 13 minutes 25 seconds west, 245.2 feet to a point,
which is on the south right -of -way line of E. Roosevelt Road; thence
east 554.3 feet to the point of beginning, of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being about 107 - 217 E. Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified
and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "G" Commercial District under the terms of said Zon-
ing Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance do. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said part of the NE4, Section 15,
T -1 -N, R-12-W, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, saiO. property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "G" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
