AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK FOUR (4), AUTEN AND
I4OSS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA SAS; AMIEidDIAdG ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS A ENDED; A:D FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot twelve (12), Block four (4), Auten and Moss
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 511 north Oak Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "R" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5l+20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two — Family District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot twelve (12), Block four
(4), Auten and Moss Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "C" Two — Family District.
SECTION 3. That t his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
