ORDINANCE NO. 9347
AN ORDIPdA�dCE R✓CLASSIFYING LOTS SEVEN (7), EI9!T (8), `�ITTE (9) AND
TEN (10), BLOCK ONE HU�DRED NINETY -EIGHT (198), ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMETTDEDf AND
FOR OTTER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That tots seven (7), eight (8), nine (9) and ten (10),
Block one hundred ninety -eight (198), Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being the Northwest corner of Thirteenth and Spring Streets,
heretofore classified and zoned as "F" Commercial District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
.and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots seven (7), eight (8),
nine (9) and ten (10), Block one hundred ninety -eight (198), Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I"
Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
