AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE AND LOT AREA REQUIRE -
ME`1TS AND TWO MAIN STRUCTURES ON LOT TEN (10) , BLOCK THIRTY -ONE (31) ,
CUNdING[iAMS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; 2 D FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot ten (10), Block thirty -one (31), Cunninghams
Addition to the City of Little F.ock, Arkansas, being 4515 West Eleventh
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two- Family District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space and lot
area requirements and two main structures on one lot is hereby granted.
SECTIOi': 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Coning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to rermit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot ten (10). Block thirty -one (31),
Cunninghams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "C" Two - Family District and with yard space, lot area
requirements and two main structures on one lot waived as provided in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
