AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF THE SWJ, i3Wf4, SECTION 9, T -1 -N, R-12-W2
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AME!dDED- kTD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of the SWJ.. NWJ, Section 9., T -1 -N, R-12-W2
more particularily described as the north 1301 of the south 1068.161 of
that part of the SW,, NW, Section 9, T -1 -N, R-12-W, lying between the
east R/W line of Woodrow Street and the west R/W line of the Igo. Pac. R.R.;
also a tract of land being 1501 north, and sout-h- fronting on 400drow
Street, by 3001 east and west lying immediately south of the above described
tract of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1621 South Woodrow Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "J" Light Industrial District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy Industrial District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Asap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that part of the SiQ-, NWT, Section 9,
T -1 -N, R-12 -W of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its Dassage.
