AN OBDINANC= TO AMID ORDINANCE NO. 9288, TO PROVIDE FOR
AN INCREASE IN RATE OF COLLECTIONS IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
N0. 595 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIM BY THE CITY COMCIL OF THE CITY Of LITTLE BOCK, ARKA AS:
Section 1. That Section i of ardia Nee Wo. 9299 of the ftaiAcis
of the City of Little Bock, Arkansas, approved August 10, 1953, be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels of real
property is said district be assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the City
Clerk or as the same may from time to time be revised, and that five per
centum t5P of the assessment on each of said blocks, lots and parcels shall
be collected by the County Collector with the first installment of general
tazes becoming due in 1954 and annually thereafter with the first install-
ment of general Lazes until the whole of said local assessment shall be
PRIM
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in fall force and
effect from and after its passage.
