AB ORDINAITGN TO dYZffD ORDINANCE NO. 9289 , TO PROVIDE FOR
AN INCREASE IN RATE OF COLLECTIONS IN CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT N0. 596 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

Section 1, That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9289 of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Sock, Arksaias, approved August 10, 1953, be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels of real
property in said district be assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the City
Clerk or as the same may from time to time be revised, and that five per
centum (5 %) of the assessment on each of said blocks, lots and parcels shall
be.collected by the County Collector with the first installment of general
taxes becoming doe in 19; and annually thereafter with the first install-
. meat of general taxes until the whole of said local assessment shall be
