AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE REBSAMEN
PARK COMMISSION TO SELL ANNUAL GREEN FEES FOR $50.00
EACH AND BOOKS OF COUPONS AT $10.00 EACH FOR USE ON
THE GOLF COURSE OF THE REBSAMEN PARK, DIRECTING THAT
MONEY FOR SUCH GRMW FEES AND BOOKS OF COUPONS BE
DEPOSITED-IN THE GOLF CLUB CONSTRUCTION FUND AS OF
JANUARY 1, 195. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Rebsamen Park Commission is hereby
authorized to sell annual green fees for $50.00 each and coupon
books for $10.00 each for use of the Golf Course of the Rebsamen
Park.
SECTION 2. That all money for such annual green fees
and books of coupons sold by the Rebsamen Park Commission shall
be deposited as of January 1, 1954, in the Golf Club Construction
Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
