AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20s509.83 FROM THE PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND,
AND $21,125.19 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$20,509.83 from the Park Construction Fund, and $21,125.19 from
the Fire Department Construction Fund for the payment of the
following bills:
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND:
R. L. O'Bryant Company 4,850.24
P. L. Richardson Company 14,300.11
David Ray Electric Company 1,359.48
$202509.83
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the Cityts warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
