AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
DOLLARS TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF ROBERT E. DILES WHILE
ATTENDING A TRAFFIC COURT CONFERENCE TO BE HELD AT
NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, OCTOBER
12 TO 16, 1953, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)
is hereby appropriated to pay the expenses of Robert E. Diles
while attending a Traffic Court Conference to be held at
Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois, October 12 to 16, '
1953.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Cityls warrant in a sum
not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for the payment of
said expenses in this matter.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
