BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, F _ THE LI ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board, Public Air#i� h6�by authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids forAk and purchase one t1) traffic
light and #1# (l) traffic light controls for use by the police Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock. Said traffic light to be installed
at the intersection of Twelfth and Battery Streetse
SECTION 2. The cost of said traffic light and traffic light
control shall not exceed the sun of six hundred and seventy-five
dollars ($675.00).
SECTION 3• All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
