AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTIS� TO TAKE BIDS FORS AND PURCHASE TWO MONTHS' SUPPLY
OF ASSORTED AMMUNITION FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT? AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK$ ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertiseq take bids for, and purchase two months'
supply of assorted ammunition for use by the Little Rock Police De-
partment2 the total cost not to exceed the sum of $365.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect, from and after its passage and approval.
