ORDINANCE NO. 9361 -
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE TO TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE TEN (10) AUTO-
MOBILE HEATERS, TO M USED BY THE POLI6E DEPARTMENT SQUAD CARS, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK2 ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase ten (10)
automobile heaters7 for use by the Little Rock Police Department
squad cars, the total cost not to exceed $360.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealedg and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect, from and after its passage and approval.
