ORDINANCE NO. 9376
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ONE (1), WEST ROCK ADDI-
TION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot six (6), Block one (1), West Rock Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1500 North Martin Street,
heretofore classified end zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning I -lap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot six (6), Block one (1),
Nest Rock Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
