AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH HALF CF LOT FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK
"B ", FLETCHER AND CLARKS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,.
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDEDi AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the south half of Lot fourteen (14), Block "B ",
Fletcher and Clarks Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
1822 - 1824 East Third Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C"
Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "I" Light Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5,420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said south half of Lot fourteen
(14), Block "B ", Fletcher and Clarks Addition to the City of Little
Rock$ Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "I" Light Industrial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
