AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 92.1 REGULATING THE SALE AND
TRANSFER OF PISTOLS, PROHIBITING THE POSSESSION OF PISTOLS BY
CERTAIN,PERSONS, PROVIDING FOR MANUFACTURER AND DEALER.LICENSES,
AND F6A OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 92+1 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, the same being an ordinance regulating the sale and
transfer of pistols, prohibiting the possession of pistols by
certain persons, providing for manufacturer and dealer licenses,
and for other purposes, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
