ORDINANCE NO. 9382
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOAR OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE (1) j TON PICKUP TRUCK FOR USE OF THE
ELECTRIC DEPAR?1tENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTIE ROCK, ARKAMASs
SECTION 1. The Board of Pablic Affairs is hereby authorized
iir9sted to advertise# flake bids for# and °purchase one (1) 'tit
pickup track for we by the Electric Department. The cost of such

track, with trade -in allowance of one (1) need track, shall not exceed j
the sun of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
SECTION 2, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in fall force
and effect from and after its passage and approval*
