AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 60 CHAIRS FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE
DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED 61,300, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARYANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 60 chairs for use of the Little Rock Fire Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Chairs shall not ex-
ceed the sum of $1,300.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its pass -
age and approval.
