AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC_AFFAIR$ TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PM-
CHASE 8 UNIFORM POLICEMANIS OVERCOATS FOR USE OF THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT _A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $480, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS : _ -
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase Eight (8) Uniform Policemants Overcoats for use of the
Police Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Overcoats shall not
exceed the sum of Four Hundred Eighty ($480) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in confliet herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
