FOR OTHER. PURPOSES. BE IT ORDArNED BY THE CITY COUCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorised and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur- chase a New Car for the use of the parks and Recreation Depart- ment of the City of Little Rock. SECTION 2. That the cost of said Car, plus the trade -in of a 1942 Ford, shall not exceed the sum of Thirteen Hundred Fifty ($1050) Dollars. SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
