AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE TARE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
101 BED SPRINGS AND 103 MATTRESSES FOR USE OF THE FIRE
DFPARJMT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $3,500.004 AND FOR
OTABR PURPbSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
101 bed springs and 103 mattresses for use of the Fire Department.
SECTION 2. T"at the cost of said springs and mattresses
shall not exceed the sum of $3,500.00 including trade —in of
used bed springs and mattresses.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and
approval.
