AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFATRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR THE REPAIR
OF ONE HD-10 ALLIS CHATMMS TRACTOR MOTOR, AIM FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The B oard of Public Affairs is hereby directed to
advertise and take bids for the repair of one ND -10 Allis Chalmers
Tractor motor. The cost is not to exceed ;1500.00.
SECTION 2. This equipment is used in the sanitary land fill
of the Garbage and Sanitation Department.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
