AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FCR
AND PURCHASE ONE GARBAGE TRUCK WITH LOAD PACKER
BED, FOR THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase one
garbage truck with load packer bed for the Sanitation Department
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
