PURPOSE OF CLEARING THE PROPOSED RIVER FRONT DRIVE RIGHT4
OF44AY BY INSTITUTING CONDEMNATION SUITS AGAINST ANY
AND ALL PERSONS, PARTIES, CORPORATIONS OR INSTITUTIONS
WHICH IT MIGHT BE NECESSARY TO SUE FOR THE PURPOSE
OF OBTAINING A CLEAR TITLE TO Sr ID RIVER FRONT DRIVE
RIGHT -OF -WAY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Attorney is hereby author-
ized and directed to take any and all necessary legal steps
for the purpose of clearing the proposed River Front Drive
Right -of -Way.
SECTION 2. That said City Attorney shall file suit
against any and all persons for the condemnation of their use
of Water Street, and against any and all other persons, par-
ties, corporations or institutions, where it might be neces-
sary to file condemnation suits for the purpose of clearing
any and all buildings, utility poles, railroads and other
utilities, projections and other obstacles from said proposed
River Front Drive Right -of -Way.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
