AND ALL OF LOTS THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), BLOCK ONE
HUNDRED NINETY -FIVE (195), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the east half of Lots one (1) and two (2) and
all of Lots three (3), four (4), five (5) and six (6). Block one hun-
dred ninety -five (195), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
315 West 12th Street and 1209 through 1223 Spring Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "D" Apartment and "F" Commercial District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial
District under the,terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached-.and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said east half of Lots one (1) and
two (2) and all of Lots three (3), four (4), five (5) and six (6), Block
one hundred ninety- -five (195), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
