AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL OF LOT SEVENTEEN (17) EXCEPT THE NORTH
70 FEET, BLOCK "A ", FLETCHER AND CLARK'S SUBDIVISION OF LOTS "A" AND
"B" OF RUSSELL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
°- SECTION 1. That all of Lot seventeen (17) except the north 70
feet, Block "A", Fletcher and Clark's Subdivision of Lots "A" and "B"
of Russell's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1620
East Third Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two- Family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy
Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of all of Lot seventeen (17) except the
, north -70 feet, Block "A", Fletcher and Clark's Subdivision of Lots "A"
and "B" of Russell's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
