AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 93 FEET OF LOT EIGHTEEN (18) AND
THE NORM 40 FEET OF THE WEST 93 FEET OF LOT SEVW TEEN (17), BLOCK FOUR
(4), BEACHES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the west 93 feet of Lot eighteen (18) and the
north 40 feet of the west 93 feet of Lot seventeen (17), Block four
(4), Beach's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3519
West Third Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two- Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
rect3„a'j.4ation and rezoning of the west 93 feet of Lot eighteen (18)
and the north 40 feet of the west 93 feet of Lot seventeen (17), Block
four (4), Beach's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
