ORDINANCE NO. 9404
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH HALF OF LOTS SIX (6)2 SE{iEM (7),
AND EIGHT (8), BLOCK THREE (3), MIDLAND HILLS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAYNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the south half of Lots six (6), seven (7), and
eight (8). Block three (3), Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being 1200 Kavanaugh Boulevard, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5/.20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "C" Two Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said south half of Lots six (6),
seven (7) and eight (8). Block three (3), Midland Hills Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C"
Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
