AND EgUIPMENT AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM OF $6,000.00 TOWARD
THE CONSTRUCTIO -COST OF A BUILDING FOR THE LITTLE
ROCK CITY POUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
jan ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a sum of Six Thousand ($6,000.90) Dollars
and equipment
is hereby appropriated toward the construction/cogt of a build-
ing for the Little Rock City Pound.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its pass-
age and approval.
