AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9383
BY INCREASING THE MA)[DWM AMOUNT TO BE
EXPENDED FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO AUTO-
MOBILES FOR THE CITY COLLECTOR =S OFFICE
FROM $2,000.00 TO $2,400.00, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of Ordinance No. 9383 in
Section One thereof, reading "the cost of such autos
should not exceed the sum of $2,000.00," be and the same
are hereby amended to read "the cost of such autos should
not exceed the sum of $20400.00."
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
