AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS AND HIRE A GOLF
ARCHITECT FOR THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE RESAMEN
PARR GOLF COURSE AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1,500.00, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
x BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.. ARKAN-
SAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
acid directed to advertise, take bids and hire a Golf Architect to draw
plans, design the layout, and supervise to empletion the 18 -hole golf
course at Rebsemen Park.
SECTION 2. The fee of said golf architect shall not exceed
fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00), which shall be paid from the Rebsa-
men Park Golf Course Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in fall force
and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
